Winter Wednesday #9 comes to you from the beach (last week).
Just because there's something a bit special about the beach during Winter. It's cold, blowy, you don't dare go in the water, and you have the place almost to yourself as you explore and collect shells, stones and seaweed beads.
[Forecast of 20 degrees Celsius tomorrow, WOOHOOOOO!]

Woo hoooo! I'd love to see 20 degrees! I adore the beach in winter too but haven't made it there this winter yet! The shame!
I too love a winter beach, especially its feeling of isolation and sometimes desolation. Nothing better than visiting the family's beach house in winter for a real retreat.
I love the beach in Winter too and the idea of 20C sounds great! Were heading down to Lorne tommorrow, but will be taking our winter woollies!!
20 degrees is still too cold for me to go to the beach...it would be quiet and peaceful this time of year though!
The weather is warming up here too, a sign of things to come.
Thank you for sharing your Winter Wednesday.
I know exactly what you mean. :)
You brought happy news. 20 degrees...yeah! I won't be able to enjoy it outside tomorrow but hopefully it will help speed up some of our plant growth.
I adore the beach in winter too. It's so quiet, peaceful, secretive...And cold, but if I'm rugged up well enough I can sit on its shores and admire its beauty for hours.

Thank you for visiting my blog. :)
Love the beach in winter, especially just before a storm. The water is grey and angry and the waves crash on the beach. Its so full of emotions that explode when the storm hits.
Ah 20 degrees I am envious. Cute photo.
Br-r-r...at least you found something pleasant to do. The winter beach is lovely.
Mmmmm, winter beaches. Lovely!
